Orange County's Premier Therapy Practice
How Our Practice Works
We offer in person therapy services serving south Orange County where we have beautiful therapy rooms for individual and family sessions as well as an expressive arts room for creative, hands-on interventions. We treat clients through HIPAA compliant Telehealth platforms virtually in the states of California, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada.
How Therapy Looks
Your therapy journey begins with a comprehensive intake assessment to understand your unique experiences to create a personalized path forward with meaningful treatment goals while building an authentic connection that supports lasting change. Using evidence-based techniques and creative approaches, we’ll work through obstacles and encourage self-discovery, empowering you to embrace recovery and connect with your true self.
Our Philosophy
Our treatment philosophy centers on understanding how our identities, early environments, and cultural messages shape our sense of self. We recognize the impact of social, economic, and political systems on each person’s lived experience and relationship with body, food, and self-care. We aim to create a safe space where your voice and definition of recovery guide the healing process fostering growth and an authentic sense of self.
